Larry Roesch complaint

Every time I bring my car to Larry Roesch in Bensonville I get ripped off. Just last month I had to have my windshield wipers fixed. The transmission was broke. ALmost 400.00 to have this repair. A month later the windshield wipers when turned off stand straight up. Now they are saying the bracket is broke. and it is costing me another 250.00. This is reidulous. A nut on the tire needed to be replaced and it was a 100.00. We called GM and they told us they would send us a 200.00 credit voucher, this was in October and we never got it.

I think GM ***.

THIS IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE (Me included) PURCHASE JAPANEESE IMPORT VEHICLES.THEY ARE A LOT LESS AGGREVATION THAN A CHEVY.AND IF YOU THINK YOUR G.M IS MADE IN AMERICA,THINK TWICE,MEXICO,CANNADA,CHINA,ETC,ETC.
